what was the first Nintendo game you pirated.
No clue anymore.
The first Nintendo game I bought however was some weird motor racing game for Gameboy.
I'm thinking pokemon heart gold
mario all stars + world
I think it was Bart vs The Space Mutants for NES. This was WAAAAY back in the day ^^
I think it was super Mario bros. Or Mike Tyson punch out on the Nes.
for consoles, bully scholarship ed on wii using waninkoko's original backup loader, i beat the ps2 version but wanted to play the extra features. Took fucking FOREVER to go between areas and had some crazy pop-in due to the 1/2 speed disc reading.
for handhelds, I still have a 512mb X-rom GBA card and i think mario kart GBA was the first game i put on that. that thing is boss, i still used it on my gamecube GBA player until my favorite games came out on wiiu vc.
Super Mario World, great game.
I don't know what pirating means anymore.
Is buying a bootleg pirating? I am almost sure everything that arrived to Argentina was a bootleg back in the 80s.
If so it might have been Duckhunt... or Super Mario Bros... I can't remember...
All of them ^^
Mario Kart DS is the first Nintendo game I pirated.
Though I played pirated versions of NES games before, but I only pirated those myself later on.
Pirated? never :-)
My first game on the game boy was Terminator though...
Yeah i can't stop using the freeshop
A long time ago, the Rockman & Forte SFC for SNES9X was my first pirated, I think. It is still my favourite ever!
Nintendo the company or for a Nintendo console?
Can't remember when we first started toying with GB emulation. Around the same time I probably got one of those 99 in 1 things from a lucky lucky man as well. I would have only been a few games though and we probably went right back to my megadrive ROM set I got at a computer fayre (multiplayer, colour, probably better games in most instances...).
All this was long after I copied those floppies in the DOS era, had access to an amiga and more besides. To that end it was probably not a notable event as much as how computers were used*, just for a new one.
*I occasionally encounter people on forums like this genuinely thinking they are doing something wrong. That they do so I still find somewhat perplexing.
If I remember correctly, long time ago (about 20 years I think) we had something that looked like a bootleg SNES. I don't remember what games it played, potentially some pirated Nintendo games.
Am I the only one of you who isn't a pirate? :^) jokes on me, probably a Pokémon game for the R4 or something
one of the super nintendo ones, not sure if power rangers or the lion king
ALLL NINTENDO GAMES since Nes to 3DS and WII U (to test on CEMU but my PC is a SHIT so it doesn't work)
in my whole life i buy just 2 nintendo games, Pokémon alpha sapphire and super smash bros but it too much expansive i was literally throwing money away XD
Super Smash Bros. for the N64 was the very first game I pirated.
And the very first game I've bought was Pokémon Emerald
