In anticipation of Life is Strange: True Colors' release next month, publisher Square Enix released a 13-minute trailer today that gives us a look at the gameplay for the first time. It gives a glimpse of scene in a store where you can browse records and encounter and interact with two NPCs:

Life is Strange: True Colors launches this September 10th on PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC Steam, and Google Stadia. The Nintendo Switch version is expected to release later this year.

no i didnt play them. was smart enough to watch a review first and the first game's story is pretty shallow. haven't thought much of the others

I loved the first one! #2 was ok! It wasn't bad but I didn't like as much as the first... Before the storm was BAD BAD.

The trailers for this one made it seem like it wasnt gonna be that great, but theres always a little hope..

If that's their target audience then there's nothing wrong with that. Plenty of other games to play if that bothers you.

The game is a zoomer/millennial pander-fest, the execution of the writing is absolutely awful and has no character. Why would I ever want to play Life is Strange?

There is a difference between being LGBT inclusive, and being LGBT pandering.

One of them is absolutely based, okay, and should be standard. The other one, is pandering.

This should be a surprise to absolutely nobody, but you can support gay people without being absolutely obsessed with them. Furthermore, no sane person likes having identity politics and sexuality shoved into every. single. thing. that they see. It's annoying and it's only purpose is to please people who are overly obsessed with the stuff.

Just live a normal life. I don't care what you wanna be or who you wanna get dirty with, because it's none of my business unless I ask. Someone who's truly inclusive typically doesn't want to hear about it because it doesn't matter to them and they realize that it doesn't change you as a person whatsoever.

So, in conclusion, Life is Strange trying too hard to appeal to a minority group does not make it any better of a product, and it is a very valid reason to complain.

Thanks for pointing out that difference. Tell me why was pandering - just forcing the whole issue down the player's throat.
I already finished LiS True Colors last weekend and thankfully, it doesn't do that. In fact, it leaves you a choice and I even went with the L-option
