R4ids.cn havn't released a update! I think that they will do that soon but maybe they won't release it yet. We think that it's the same team but it's not proved.

I'm experiencing the exact same problems. It's alsmost as though the update doesn't recognise my hardware.

copy Both files to SD card
i believe the DSLite files is the normal updater and the DSiXL is for re-flashing if broken
that or the other way around
i just run whatever i get to first
run teh check, if that fails then run the other file and check should pass
then you can flash

is there a letter or a nummber on the bottom right of the side of the card with the connectors?

should be printed on the PCB

I'm surprised that it's the header of a demo version. Maybe it doesn't have a save function.
It boots without problem on a 3DS with the firmware 4.4.0-10.

cool. Mine is C But that's amazing or at least misterious that the update works on a lower card, too.

(they go from 0-9 then A,B,C)
i have emailed them on this matter

appears you need to have hardware 9, A, B Or C then for this new hardware blocking feature
