Hardware Firmware if I buy a n3ds now?

I'm getting a new n3ds xl soon for my birthday and I'd like to know if it could be on a firmware that I could cfw it without the flashcard trick

if you buy a new one if you get the new galaxy 3ds xl it will have 11.2 but if you can find some one that will let you use a flash card or if you buy one its only $20 and you can use your new 3ds xl to install the ntrboot so you don't need one with cfw or even a nds anymore it will work with the new 3ds xl. If you get one on a hire fw you can send it in and get some one to hack it with the card prob $30 but its worth buying the $20 card it only takes 2 to 3 weeks to come in and is worth it.
