Hacking Firmware for my R4i? (r4iasdhc.com)

I bought some NDS Lite spare parts from a friend and he also gave me an R4i V 1.4.1 without any micro SD card. It reports "r4iasdhc.com" as the website:

Since the website isn't available anymore, I've tried downloading a firmware from r4i-sdch.com, and the card gets recognised, but it gives me the MENU? error on startup:

Does anyone know what's the problem?
I've also tried with the TTmenu, but the R4 doesn't get recognised at all (yes, I've renamed the .DAT file)
