For Europe: the N3DS (XL) that comes with Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer Pre-Installed is on FW
9.9.0-26E out of the box

Did europe region get any small 3ds like japan with 9.0 or 9.2 firmware and in which colors? I might grab one of those next time since the USA will never see a 9.2 or below small version. Would of gotten a Japan region one but there is no english option.

Sorry for being lazy to look at the release dates for those but were those released in how many batches on 9.0 or 9.2? Was it like the USA where only the 1st batches were exploitable? Or did batches get released earlier for the small ones?
