Hacking Firelink Trouble Again

Ok so i've had this 16g Firecard for a while now its been working fine but recently and i mean in the last few hours...I can open up the Fire Link on the Ds screen but the Game Choose Screen doesnt come up and its just a blank white screen when i select the fire link box and its on both the touch and the regular screen can anyone help me? much thanx in advance

Try either to quick format the card by pressing the appropriate buttons as it boots up (L+R+A+B+DOWN, I believe) and selecting to quick format option form the list, or hook it up to your PC and try upgrading the firmware.

That Didnt work...well atleast the quick format it didnt even pop up how do i update the firm ware?

if you had the latest firmware hold START & SELECT at boot up for the format screen, as for how to update, check a few topics down
