ROM Hack Fire Red hacking help...

So I need to finish my Pokedex but I dont have all games!!! ZOMG!!! I am using VBA 1.7.2 for codes and stuff trying to work this little java app

Pokemon code maker here just cant seem to open PC (in game) without ROM freezing! (on VBA)
I think I know how to put the codes in... help! :'( :'( :'( getting on nerves! need national Pokedex complete!!!!!!!

Humm I really don't understand but if it's a Pc Program i would reccomend REINSTALLING the APPS or if you are trying to use a JAVA App make sure you have a JAVA CONSOLE or the Latest update here www.java.com

Well I don't know how to add or remove codes but I do know How to work my AR MAX DUO with codes...If you need any info about this just reply with a post Directing to me.
