ROM Hack Fire Emblem The Sacred Stones, transfer data menu

I've been asking around. Anyone figured out how to enter FE8's version of the menu named "Transfer Data" in Blazing Sword?

The menu button icon is loaded into VRAM. And I assume it was unlocked by the Japan-only events, but don't have proof of its involvement in that.

A long awaited update. By poking some more, I've noticed the "Fire Emblem Girls" hack enables this menu (if likely modified).

With the menu's FE8 existence now better known, we still have the roadblock of accessing Nintendo's official version. Then populating its item list to make it work right.
