ROM Hack Fire Emblem IF translated dlc?

Is there a English patch for the DLC like Recollection of Bubbles? For Fire Emblem IF?
I saw one on YouTube but can't find the patch

The DLC isn't translated

The one built specifically for the translation patch? Mine worked with NTR language plugin.
If that doesn't work there are games that have just have the swimsuit patch and one with swimsuit, undub, original names, etc and you can just use a save manager to extract/import save data.

Reading on "that iso site" it seems that the content restoration will get you banned online, can anyone confirm? If so i'll stick with the weeb version
