Hacking Finally going to softmod my wii

After reading posts for the last year and a half I finally am deciding to softmod my wii on 4.0. The reason being I got in trouble for downloading games from torrents. I want to use the wifi backup thing that can be installed to the homebrew channel. I was just wondering if my ISP would be able to see me dumping my game over wifi on to my computer? That is what I am avoiding so they don't mail me a letter saying there going to cancel my service.

My service is WOW for those who were thinking about asking.

No. The Wii connecting directly yo your computer. Your isp can't detect something like that. Also, there a good sites to direct download wii games if you where to look/who to ask
