Well, Sephiroth doesn't have the O-face. I hope they put back the real music tracks instead of those shit midi versions from the Steam copy.

Why? Could be Hit or Miss for many people.

hit or miss for what people?
The fuck are you talking about.
It's a 1080p port of an 18 year old game. Everyone knows what it offers, what does the remake have to do with ANYTHING? Not a single person would buy it thinking "oh sick some sweet 3D action combat!!!"
Especially not on a gaming forum.

He pointed out that the remake has no turn based combat, not the port.

It was likely an answer of VinsCool's post.

You are right to assume that people on a gaming forum should know this. But I don't know about any Final Fantasy stuff later then VIII either, so the possibility is always there I guess.

The graphics look horrible.
The game is mad old, of course the graphics are bad (by today's standards), even with upscaling. This is a straight up port NOT the upcoming remake..

For the psx/ps1 ff7 had incredible graphics, it definitely pushed the hardware to its limits <3

Getting all these 90's/early 2000 games in 1080p is great. Anyways since Activision owns the rights to Spyro would they be able to produce a remake of the PSX Spyro games. I'd love a 3 in 1 remake of the PSX Spyro games. Spyro 3, in particular, holds up really well.

At least the steam version can be modded to look (and sound) somewhat remotely decent (time's a bitch still).

I have the original version for PSOne, and the Steam version. It doesn't feel right playing with a keyboard or an Xbox controller though, so I'm gonna buy the PS4 port just to play it through again... lol
