I needed to use the jap. Rom with VBA to get past that point where the US Rom froze.
i was so free to upload my savefile right at the first position you are able to save after the opera, on the new island after the airship. with locke, celes, gau and sabin in grp. maybe someone needs it. just rename it to the name of your rom, works.
