Hacking Final Fantasy V crashes

After many hours of playing FFV and you are suppose to enter "The Rift", the void etc to get to ex-death.. where the Tycoon Castle used to be in the "3:rd world" the game crashes!

Anyone else has this problems? Its now impossible to beat the game
