Gaming Final Fantasy Tactics unable to save

Hiya,

I have tried a few FF tactics roms on the SuperCard mini, but I am unable to save the games.

I set up the rom the usual GBA way(right click and enable saver) before copying it to the cart.


Still no joy. I have tried both euro an US roms.

Anybody have any ideas? big pain going through the 15 minute intro to try different things

Tried patching it with that file, still no joy.

Anybody actually got ff tactics saves to work with the supercard?

which version is the rom and which version is the patch?

I used the US fix with a US rom

Then the us fix with the US rom (eurasia) release. Still no JOy

I'm about to try the european fix and release. Just want to make sure I am doing this right I patch the rom with the IPS file using the supercard software( right click on ROM and tick use external ips software then point it to the fix ips file) ?

But on the plus side I can recite the whole intro of ff Tactics word for word

EDIT: Also tried european release and eurpoean patch, still not working.

UPDATE: Ok I have got this working at last. Strange thing is I had to use an external patching program to patch the ips to the rom. The internal Supercard one would not patch it properly.
