    I know what you mean. It just can't seem to captivate me the way I'd have hoped it would.

    I think I am going to go play FF IV again...

    Is you're group animals or not?

    If they are animals-->Head west
    If not and you are reverted back to normal--->Head east

    I'm pretty sure it isn't possible without, unless you are massively overleveled of course.

    You must have water spells. go to the castle at night time when the guards are lazy and sleeping. go far down in the basement and get the water spell after a while:)

    Found an Easter Egg!!!

    At night, when you're at the town with the pirate cove to the East and the whirlpool blocking the way at night, go outside of town and die against a bunch of monsters. When you respawn, you will be at the back of the town unable to leave because of the high tide. Most of the NPCs here will have the common easter egg dialogue, and the music will be cheery and festival-like. To get out of this and leave town, you'll have to stay at the inn.

    It's kind of cool, actually.

    Does anyone have any tips for beating Asmodeus? Fossil Capes work well at blocking his petrify spell, but his other spells can't be blocked with Mirror. His Sidewinder spell can cause poison, paralyze, silence, sleep, and curse for the whole party in one round, and once that happens it's pretty much game over for me. [IMG]

    My strategy was this: Have Brandt (Elementalist) cast Mysterio, Aire (Black mage) cast Spell Focus, Yunita (White Mage with a silence blocking cape) cast Lux, and Jusqua (Bard) cast Motet. With this he should deal pretty much no or little damage. Afterwards have Brandt cast Amplify if you're gonna use a xxxx-ga spell, Aire some xxxx-ga spell OR Magic Might and Jusqua cast Ditty. Instant win, otherwise repeat and he should go down easily. If he silences one of the characters just have Yunita cast Miracle.

    So, after the sand devil:

    I'm with Jusqua and Aire in that town with the pirates. I've figured out that I have to go to that cave to the east. Which is easier said than done because Aire hast just level 6 and Jusque 8 or something and I can barely defeat the enemies around the town. Am I missing a place where I have to level up a bit?

    So i tried it, and it is an cheerfull game. The artwork is, to be honest, Very colorfull, and that makes me happy! The 3d objecting with the world appeals me too. The only strange thing that I mentioned at Moment 1 is that the music is very 8 bit-ish, totally awesome!

    Just played 5 minutes, but hope its good. Im not used to it yet, but it'll come

    It's great. One downside. ONLY 15 item slots. What? Trimmed, it has an extra 5mb of space. So they couldn't fit an extra 5 slots in? [IMG] Oh well. Apart from that, whoopee.

    Is a good game, just like the jrpg used to be. Sadly lately i was unable to play it as much as i want.

    The crown system is really catchy, since i started playing the DQ games for DS grinding has become very fun for me. Though, is easy face death in this FF LOL.
