i need help!, i have been playing this game nonstop, im at day 97, but recently i have a problem.... my strongest party ALWAYS return early to the kingdom, they dont accomplish anything!, i dont know why, they always return with a sad blue face above them.... and its not because they were defeated, they barely fight.... they go to the dungeon, fight a monster and return early... they have been like this since 5 days ago more or less, anybody knows why??

i have pay rank 4... so its not the money either......

Are you trying to get them to explore a dungeon, or defeat a boss?

It's possible (not sure where your at) that if its an explore place, a party of thieves might be the go.

Yes it is a shame the have not pointer control.....maybe it takes a lot of space (code wise)...i dont know. But hey, just gives them something to work on for MLAAK2 :-)

Also I cant wait for SBCGFAP! Linky

BTW I just found this Gamespot Review

They slammed the game with a 5.0! ....GS IS BS!

It's Gamespot and that itself is enough. Those with no clue:
1) They let their ad revenue dictate reviews and have for a very long time just recently getting caught with the firing of JG.
2) Use a % tabulator site like gamerankings.com, you'll find their Nintendo system reviews are notably lower than other sites on the same systems which stinks of fanboy bs bias and no integrity.

I can't see anything of the game that could ever qualify it as a 5. I've got 45 days into it and had to stop myself to work on setting more of this new PC up. Personally if I had to give it 1% out of a hundred for each day 'in game' I put into it...in time it'll get into the hundreds or so which is way over 100%.

Outside of the crap with no pointer I can't think of much you could do to fix the game at all...add to it, yes, but fix...no. But, you can't blame people for wanted adds, those are called sequels.

I agree Vampire Hunter, Gamespot lost all credibility when they sacked Jeff. Thing is, i didn't particularly like Jeff, but what they did to him was pathetic and has shown how you cannot take anything they write anymore with value.

It's as if they are reviewing both Lost Winds, and FFCC MLAAK as purely Wii $60 games, which they are not.

1500 points for FFCC is an absolute bargain imo. I haven't finished the game yet, but i know that once you do, you unlock "Newgame+" with easy, normal, hard, very hard difficulties, and you also gain access to new items, more options such as sacking adventurers and all your previous adventurers can bring any Medals over from your previous game. All for a game with only 43mb in total.

Most messageboards nowadays are a better way to take a games worth, and the majority of people playing FFCC are loving it.

I tend to use the classic or gamecube controllers for FFCC, i much prefer them for this sort of game than the wiimote, much more comfortable given the game sucks time out of you all too easily lol.

Tell me, this game...would I like it? (Oh God, one of THOSE posts?!)

I've liked the past FFCC games, and this looks pretty interesting but I'm not really good or fond of SimCity since I seemed to have no idea what to do, and my brilliant city ideas crumbled hard. I've never really played any other simulation game like that either.

This game has a good tutorial?
What all do you really do, anyway? I know you walk around as the little king and make buildings and stuff, but...well, what's the draw here? What's going to suck me in?

And hey, it's only $15 so I guess it wouldn't be too bad of a purchase even if it turns out to be bad, right?

The game is a very very lite version of Simcity with a fat FFCC coat of paint. You basically just decide to build something now and again, setup quests for adventurers (you get 1 per house made), make parties once you get that far, can designate 4 classes for adventurers, and just let the story play out. You can't like Simcity ever go into negative cash (at least I don't think you can) and then have your crap all erode and fall apart.

Personally up to around 45days on it and I get a good small stream of steady income and elementite now too. Made each of the 4 people I've hired to adventure into one of the each classes I can do. I regularly per day get that morale booster and will talk to my guys going out the door to make them extra beefy, and then use the rest to chat up anyone in town waiting on their return to get the bar up again which helps raise your town happiness. Town happiness when it gets up there allows you to make your days go longer as well, and I think up to where people setup street lamps and junk so you can stay out even longer to do more stuff. Oh, and as it has RPG principles there in hiding (since the adventurers fight for you) you still have to pay into research to raise the ability to do better spells, skills, etc...though in time they do cap out and you need to just explore areas for new magicite, weapon or armor tech, etc. I could see in theory not wanting to finish this for a long time just to drag out all the exploration and building opportunities.

I'd say even if you sucked hard at sim city this game won't punish you.

Heh, I like the sounds of this already then. I think the only problem I'd have is with my current schedule change, I'm not going to have a lot of time to play it so I may get it anyway, since it's not going to matter if I just abandon the city. ............right? One of the things that would have turned me off of Animal Crossing was the consequences of not playing for so long that your town would deteriorate, making a lot of your progress moot. I can assume you just save and everything in town freezes until your return?

Yep. This game is THAT addicting.

Better invest 2600 pts for this. 1500 for the game 800 for the races pack and 300 for dungeon pack. That is all you need. Evrything else is just stupid.

Try calling a holiday, perhaps its a moral thing.

i already try that, no result =(

Sounds like they're running out of time. Build the emporium, which will make the Item Shop offer Magic Torches. It helps them stay out longer. I think it also makes the Weapon Shop offer Daggers for Thieves (and the Training hall Dagger skills including the very lovely Backstab skill), and Shields for Warriors in the Armor Shop. A good deal all around.

Here's a good example of how gamespot, are imo losing the plot.

FFCC MLAAK reviews so far at gamerankings.com, all % based scores shown.

GAMEPRO: 90%
Cheat Code Central: 82%
Console Gameworld: 85%
1UP: 85%
IGN: 75%

GAMESPOT: 50%

Even though there is only 6 reviews out so far, gamespots score sticks out as pure ignorance when in comparison to the current other 5 reviews.

I've now finished the game on Normal, spent about 12-14 hours playing it, and my characters were in the late 20s level wise, with my highest level 30, and i hadn't unlocked heaps of stuff, nor was my town filled. I've now started NEWGAME+ on VERY HARD, and the highest level Dungeon is 100 lol. You really gotta level up your toons just to make ends meat early on and get a flow happening. I recommend Very Hard to anyone starting NEWGAME+, so far what i've played of it, it really makes the game even better.

Your characters keep their items (but can't use em till they get higher levels) as well as any medals they gained in the first playthrough. Just sending everyone off to the early level 5 dungeon (had a level 5, two level 4s, two level 3s) seen my level 5 leave halfway through the dungeon, and my other 4 characters die one by one lol. (The level 5 finished exploring it next go)

I plan on reallllly taking my time with NEWGAME+, and i reckon i'm gonna get a good 20-30+ hours on it, which is just amazing value. (Hell, most console games don't come to 10 hours nowadays, so that 1500 points is an amazing bargain)
