ROM Hack FF7: is there anyway way to extract the save and mod it with black Chocobo?

If you already have means to extract the save using checkpoint ect. This does require custom firmware to be loaded onto the switch.

can you explain how to do this. I have sxos and checkpoint. I have my saved backed up to a usb but
black Chocobo don't open it.

Have BC look for all files

then when it does it should be able to open in BC?

what if one has more then one save? BC can handle this?
