1. What is the best way (and cheapest) to homebrew a N3ds using WFT that allows me to dump cia and install said cia files? I am on 11.9 and I presume its seedminer using Sudoku

2. What things can I do on a N3ds that I can't do on my old 3ds?

3. Any notes that I should take for actually homebrewing it, the last time I modded was on my o3ds over a year ago.

You're pretty spot on for question 1

As for question 2, you can play snes games, PS1 emulator works much better, and you can stream to your pc

PS1 emulator!!! I need more info, that'll make my dad super happy if he can play some PS1 games.

As for Q1 its still:

- Get sudoku
- Friend the movable.sed bot to get said file
- Move file & Luma stuff into game & general system
- Move gm9 stuff over

(correct me if I am wrong)

Follow 3ds.guide

Check out retroarch - I think FFVII plays pretty well

Does N64 work on N3ds, seeing as they are very similar consoles in release time.

Also on the guide it says I should use steel diver. Is it easier to use sudoku (I dont mind paying £2 to get the all the roms)

So after putting steelhax on I do I need anything else or can I get FBI straight from that?

(Sorry for asking so many questions i wanna make sure i dont frick anything up)
Follow the entire guide all the way to installing b9s, this will allow you to install pirated games

You need b9s because it patches out signature checks and allows you to run unsigned code

Do I not need luma or GM9 this time then?
If you follow the guide all the way through, it should install luma and setup gm9

gm9 is just used to place the luma files on your nand (as I recall)

So yes you will use both

Sorry I was unclear earlier

Luma is actually what patches out signature checks, b9s is just an early boot sequence exploit
