DS games are not region locked as long as they are not DSi enhanced. and for those, they will still work as the system menu is what enforces region-locking.

What this means is that Nitrohax can read EUR games on a USA console and USA games will also work on a EUR console with Nitrohax.

for Wiimmfi, I am not sure at all.
