Gaming FBI only installs legit CIA of -snip-

So whenever I try to download Legit CIA, FBI says "Failed to install CIA". And whenever I download Legit CIA from *snip*, they seem to work. So how do I make Legit CIA work from websites like *snip*", and also my FBI does not install the FBI.cia to my homemenu with the same error.
I am currently using 2.4.8....
Please help me
