Fbi not installing MGS 3 and Snes gameson N3DS

Hello everyone, i have a New 3DS Xl with FBI. I have installed succesfuly several games, but MGS 3 always crashes when booting, despite allowing its succesful instalation. Same with Snes VC games and same with original DS games tru Twilight Menu. My N3DS has the latest update. What can i do? Help please
