Hacking FBA crashed and then everything on the card just freezes at 99%?

Any ideas with this one? Was trying out FBA and just as I loaded a ROM it froze with the buzz so I hard reset and after that any time I go to launch homebrew it gets to 99% and crashes?

Tried formatting the card, checking its integrity and then copying the files back over but still the same? Didn't have a backup of the files on the SD so I'm thinking something may have been corrupted when the Wii U crash?

FBA and basically all the arcade emulators are broken, download an older version, I've already reported this but there's still no answer
