Advance Wars: Dual Strike. I bought my DS Phat and Advance Wars back in May of 06. I played it almost solidly for a year before deciding to buy an R4 and DS Lite. I still devote more than 75% of my gaming time to it.

because you said favorite game im imagine me alone on a island with just one game. so what kind of game would i take with me? (no flashcard)
i would pick a game that has replay value. so Phoenix Right wouldnt make sense because if you played it 10 times over and over again it gets boring.
so i would choose Animal Crossing. because you can do so much stuff in it and it never stops.

It's a simple rhythm game where you tap circles on a timed basis in a rhythmic manner.
You really should play it to understand, because though simple, it's still hard to explain well.\

Rocket Slime.
It's ridiculously easy, but I like it all the same.

Well as this is in the NDS forum my favorite DS game would be Mario Kart DS I have the original game and managed to unlock all 3 stars on every track (man I played that game soo much )

What bugged me was that both my older and younger brothers have the game and never managed to get all 3 stars (until they bought an Action Replay )

If it was favorite game on any format I would go for Ledgend of Zelda ALTTP It just embodies what a zelda game should be about ! A close 2nd is FFVII on the PS1 I didnt realy know anything about the series before and heard that people were queing for miles for it in Japan so gave it a go !!! pure Genius !
