Gaming Fatal Error (Style Boutique: Trendsetters)

So, I normally lend out my 3DS to a few of my family members at times, and installed this one game for my cousin. An event's happening in the game, and everytime she tries to get through the dialogue for this event, a fatal error occurs.

eShop isn't exactly an option due to the fact that my FW is 11.3 and also it's a freeShop vers. I instead backed up the save and reinstalled the game. Much to my delight, this is where the save manager I've been using, decided NOT to import save files, and screw up basically. So, looks like her only option is to start over again...
