Gaming fast racing league error 002 help!

if i get the blue screen error 002 when trying to play fast racing league is it just a bad wad or am i missing something?

ok, i get the blue error screen with all new wiiware games. vc games work fine though. i know there is a 002 fix in cfg loader but that doesnt help with fixing my wads. can anyone help me please?
