Due to a special compression chip called the SPC7110 this game has been, until recently impossible to translate to English. It took 22 long years. Impatient people would have been better off learning to speak Japanese which only takes about 5 years.
You can play the game on Higan (formerly known as bsnes) or a custom version of SNES9x. Hopefully SD2SNES will be updated to allow the translation to be played on actual hardware.
