As far as I know, TMNT games have always been licensed by Konami.does Nintendo own this? no? oh they should be safe from dmca than

Second, Konami has been the one to make ninja turtle games before they lost license, and passed licenses around. Currently they are owned by Nickelodeon (The IP, not the past games)
Third, a game using Beats of rage? Haven't heard of that in years, I didn't know it was still relevant.

@Xdqwerty, to answer your question, they're a fusion Brit-pop/J-pop/electronic band with a woman vocalist. Flamingo is hands down their best known song but they've got a ton of other really good songs+1 -
