According to Valwin's logic a game can never get the max score. If you're a reviewer and you like the game so much that you'd give it a 10/10 then, according to Valwin, you're a fanboy. In which case you obviously can't see ANY flaws in the game making your review void.

I can't be a fanboy. I don't have balls D:
To be fair, he also said that this game is like Oblivium. Which makes his logic void since there is no such game like this called Oblivium.

So do I and I haven't even had chance to play the game yet. Which makes me more biased. :P

Why don't you have this game, yet!? Waiting for this game was pure agony. It was worth the wait, though.

Considering all the complaining about how lame the combat is, plus all the videos that show how glitchy the game is, I'm surprised it got full marks. From all the chatter, it seems to me like the kind of game you don't play for the combat or even the story, but the backstory and lore. Which is actually kind of lame. At the very least, they could've tried to make the combat as incredible as possible. From Software played the "light on story, heavy on backstory" approach, too, but everyone who plays that game does it because the combat is practical perfection.

Money, and the lack thereof. If I have enough cash left after the inconvenient expense that is Christmas I'll buy it as a gift to myself.

I'll say this for the thousandth time, you don't play Elder Scrolls for combat. If anything combat is just a means to an end, you don't expect it to be goddamn Street Fighter.

"It is finally revealed, Street fighter vs Skyrim!!! The match of the century!!!!!"

I mean it could at least fix it a little, I'm sure people are not looking for a street fighter in this game.

When you move and attack, there is head bobble/sway, and its very nauseating.

You mean that thing that you get used to after 5 minutes?
Yeah, I noticed it for 5 minutes.

There's a lot to knock on Dead Island for (such as a pathetic zombie density making the game pathetically simple, or simplistic auto-aimed combat), but head bobble...you're just grasping at straws with that one. God FORBID games try to immerse you in the first person perspective by giving you a somewhat more realistic view of what you'd actually SEE if you were that character.

Do you get nauseous when you walk around IRL? Damn head bobble.
