My settlement had stats well above what is needed. My happiness was in the 80's. I went on a long road trip walking overweight to the bottom of the map from sanctuary killing looting everything I came across. My return, I found my settlement at 38 Happiness but rising. Settler came up and stated something about sleep shifts. I am confused to that error? can anyone enlighten me?
