Both switches on the JR Pro V2 should be positioned away from the micro-usb port.

Yes you can, but I generally make sure the console is unplugged when I do. Not sure if its necessary but I err on the side of caution. It doesn't look like you used flux, and a few of your points look a bit burned. The chip flash wires also seem to be in need of touching up in a few spots like TDI and TDO. Your CPU rst point is pretty burnt, and if you could pic the green and blue nand wire connections I could look at that. On the clk point on the bottomside it appears you have a strand of unused solder glued in and shorting resistors to each other. I would clean everything up with alcohol and qtips, redo all motherboard points with fresh solder and flux along with the programming points on the chip, and then attempt the re-flashing of the chip and ECC.

Edit: Actually, before you try reflashing the chip or board, get that solder strand up, touch up the nand wire points, and try and reflash the original nand back. Unsolder the grd and vcc points from the chip and try booting stock to make sure nothings burnt out and we aren't chasing our tails here. If all that works out, then do the above.

the console boots like a retail console at this point with the chip unsoldered.

I see. Yeah if thats the case then nothings damaged and you should clean up and redo the points as suggested. Get that strand of solder wire away from that clk point before you have an accident. Your points are rough and some really do look badly jointed. clean, redo with fresh flux and solder.

Use a blow dryer to heat up the glue. First remove the wire from the point with your soldering iron so you dont accidently pull the pad though

PLL isnt bad, but RST looks burnt. PLL is the hard one though. RST pads are decently sized. You just have to remove the x-clamp, clean that point up with a qtip and alcohol, flux it, put some fresh solder on the iron, then re-joint it real quick and you shouldn't even have to remove the glue.

You know what, even RST doesn't look that bad. Just dirty. Clean it up and take a pic for me please.

Also, lemme see a pic of your programmer. I wanna see how its set up. Are you getting the JR Pro logo on Jrunner when you plug it in?

There we go. Yeah everything looks correct. Touch up the flashing points and try again. If it's not working, you may have a bad programmer or chip

Yep. Put a check on xsvf, hit the "..." and navigate to timing file 19 or 21(depending on if its falcon or jasper) and hit run.
