Fake Sandisk MicroSD or not?

I'm about to buy some MicroSD carts for my R4 DS flashcart (and for the one of my friends), but I've bought just 1 first to be sure I would get 'the real thing'.

I've received it but I'm doubting if it's really genuine. I've bought it in China and the person that sells it says that they are genuine. What do you think? These are the pictures I've taken:

I've tested it with my R4 and these are the results:
Tony Hawk: Slowdowns when playing
Castlevania: Freezes at teleport

I notice that your picture is a little bit different than mine. See the 1GB vs. 1.0 GB and the Sandisk Logo behind 'Sandisk'.

I think I've got a fake after all....

Oh yeah you got a fake, it should say '1.0' not just '1'. My 2gig Sandisk says '2.0'

yep, can also back up that my 1.0 gig ultra2 sandisk has "1.0" rather than just "1".

also i'm pretty sure Tony Hawk and Castlevania don't work well even with real sandisks on most carts anyway.

*beeeep ive got same one-but games had no problem still. i now make backup file every time i edit the contents , just in case

scroll down some are 1gb maybe they are the old ones?

Mine looks exactly like yours and is legit. So, don't ya worry. It's normal for SanDisks to lag on those games ...
