Gaming Fake GBA?

So my mom called me from the second hand store today, telling me they had a GBA for €2,50. I told her to buy it. When she got home, I wanted to test it out, but I noticed something odd. The logo underneath the screen, which normally says Gameboy Advance, said GBA. The label on the back seemed official, although i'm not an expert. Though, it works fine with all my GBA games. I was wondering if this is a fake or clone. Can anyone help please?

Like this person said, its legit.. Just the previous owner who had it replaced that outer screen protector.
