Does that suggest they could be using the full graphics processing power of the wiiU on homebrew games or run emulators as high as WiiU games?

Then again, probably not the latter and for the former... when's the last time any homebrew games had graphics worth mentioning. Even on the wii they all looked like gameboy games.

We could see better N64, Dreamcast and PSX emulation. As for upscaling, maybe, but that would be pretty awesome. Again, this is heartening news.

Why doesn't GBA Temp have an "undo douche comments I made button"?

This is not about the GPU, only triple-core CPU.

Thanks for clarifying that, wasn't sure if I was misquoting something or not  Anything we can do to help support/contribute?

Triple core CPU is nice, too. I would have hopes of DS emulation at full speed for one thing. You might be able to throw in some other emus that wouldn't have been possible before.)

EDIT : I'll have to read again to make sure but I kinda got the impression it gives access to all the RAM as well. If the RAM is mapped out the same way then the memory addresses to communicate with the hardware might be all available, too. It would be cool to be able to suddenly be able to get control of the GamePad ... once someone mapped it out and wrote a driver for it (yeah, I'm lazy like that.)

Now we just need someone to "leak" the code that gives us full access and for everyone else to get mad at said person and say they are leaving the scene forever due to this and then for them to return within a few months.

They have no more interest in doing it themselves because they think that no one else has any interest.
This is just a bit of bait to see if anyone bites. If they feel a good yank on their fishing pole they might get excited.

It is not about homebrew at all, lol. It is about having full control of the system, and to be able to do good and bad ;)

This is why we can't have nice things.

But hey, you're entitled to your opinion (note: opinion != fact).

My guess is they watched the uh *ahem* little scene that unfolded earlier today.

Oh Comex, lol. I am fairly certain if I pester you enough or ask nicely enough you may give TIPS. Or if somebody with more skills asked. If they are genuine and sincere, maybe a tip here/there. Thanks for being cool on twitter and not ripping me too much.
