How would I go about factory resetting my EmuNAND? Is it possible to do without wiping the contents of the SD Card? If I set up EmuNAND on a spare SD Card, can I factory reset it and not lose any SysNAND data?

Same as sysnand I do believe. Personal suggestion, backup NAND between updates. Both preferably or if you refuse to ever touch the sys in any way just emunand. I have an emu backup of 9.4 and 9.5 right now. Didn't know I could do it on 9.2 and 9.3 was gone before I got a gateway. That way you could just reflash the nand in it's earliest state.

You can format through the settings, it won't format your sd card. You only need to remove it if you format the sysnand.
