    Warning: Spoilers inside!

Again, no, it isn't a scene release, but it is mentioned that it is sourced from a retail copy. Another hyped game destined to fall like many others? I can't wait to try this one out!

    EDIT:
And my weekend is now fully booked.

It says that it is a Bad Rip.

I'm not going to risk downloading it and trying it out.

Bad Kreon rip. If you have iX fw 1.4, you should be fine.

EDIT: I failed at bold tagging

Fine with playing, well yes, but you can probably say goodbye to xbox live 'cause the image is missing a few bits and bytes.

No one is going to proper it , bad kreon rip is just a terrible term that has got out of hand.

Straight from the ixtreme release notes.

"We recently found out that new games ripped with kreon drives will give back a degree, that in combination with ixtreme jitter, will produce a 360 degree value. This would be a unacceptable range (should only be 0-359). This is a detectable and possibly a criteria for the recent ban waves. Also, this would explain why some users got banned playing the same games that others played, and did not get banned. The point of jitter is to randomly give back proper values. With that in mind, a random jitter value from a kreon drive, with a random jitter from a ixtreme drive will rarely give back a 360 degree value. This new ixtreme will wrap that value to ensure that no 360 degree value can be submitted.

Now, a note of recommendation, due to statistical findings. We have spent days ripping *thousands* of security sector's with various drive/software combinations and have come to the following:

The most accurate/valid SS replication is done with a samsung drive using Schtrom 360 xtract or XBC. So far, we have seen only a very small percentage of 6701 rips in comparison to kreon. Now, given that, i think it is important to inform that this value was previously normal with older games. It may or may not be normal with *every* new game, but with some so far."

In other words , games ripped with a kreon drive have more chance of giving an invalid value (360+) , than a game ripped with a proper 360 samsung drive , but there was a still a small percentage of rips made with that , that did as well. Ixtreme has fixed it , so always get a proper value returned (0-359). So unless something is actually missing (havent got the release) and not just "bad kreon rip " [IMG] , then no one is going to proper as there is nothing wrong.

Load .iso in abgx360. Enable the "Adjust angle 359 for iXtreme < v1.4" (This is in the AutoFix Tab). Click Launch. Actually, I don't know what the program looks like in other OS types, but I'm sure they wouldn't deviate too far from that.

I've come across people saying the game freezes every time at the exact same specific point.
I'll wait around for a bit longer, as I'm still not done with Warriors Orochi 2 and Crash Mind over Mutant.

Wow, I'm envious of you guys with 360s. Far Cry 2 and Fallout 3 for PC this month will be awesome, but there'll be a small piece of me left wanting some Fable 2 [IMG].
Any reports on how good the game is? OXM gave it a 9.5 which is much better compared to the original.

I'm greatly looking forward to this. This is, without a doubt, my most anticipated game of all time. I've been a fan of the Fable series since long before I ever played the original. This looks to be everything I'd hoped for and more. Not just that, but it appears to keep all of the promises PM made for Fable 1 but couldn't deliver on; improving on the original in every way. I'm excited. [IMG]
