Ezio Auditore from the critically acclaimed Assassin's Creed® series will be a playable guest character in SOULCALIBURTM V for PlayStation®3 and Xbox 360®.

Awesome. Ezio's varied weaponry will make his gameplay look awesome. Problem is that any multiple weapons he have will make very little difference since his swords are all very similar looking and just a regular progression to better ones.

Haven't really played a Soul Caliber game since the original Soul Blade. Need to pick up a newer one as I always enjoyed the style of fighting.

Oh, cool. I expected the rumors to turn out to be an elaborate hoax, but this is a welcome surprise.

Hopefully he adds to the character roster and game more than the Star Wars characters in the last game.

Anyway, the big news is that Dempierre is going to be in the game (at least if you preorder the game).
