Hardware EZflash NOR

Im using an R4 with an EZFlash 3-in-1. I've saved a GBA game 2 NOR, but now i wanna delete it. How do I go about getting rid of it from the NOR memory?

Write something else to NOR. None of the programs for managing the 3-in-1 include the ability to erase the NOR without writing another file to it.

Does having something written to NOR in any way affect the amount of RAM that is usable as an expansion in the browser? Like, will it slow it down?

nope it shouldn't. i'm sure the psram is used instead (much faster write capabilties)
