Homebrew ezflash 3in1 + gba exploader emu problem

it seems when i hit the  button to change into the nor settings everything freezes, i can load games in psram just fine but if i try to change over to anything it freezes, i cant even get to the rumble, at 1st i thought it was the ezflash3in1 so i bought a new one but i get the same result..

I have an r4 and I use YSMENU for that.

okay.. odd gba exploader v.53 lets me go to nor but .56 wont nor .58b
