When I turn on my DS Lite, it identifies the EZ-Flash Vi in the entry screen as Tak: The Great Juju Challenge. I don't even have this ROM on the SD card.

What's up with that? Is there any way to change this? I suppose it's not the end of the world, but it's kinda weird.

No way to change it; the DSi checks for a "real" game using an as yet unbroken algorithm/one that can not be bruteforced and this is the game that provided the details.

Are you using a DSi or DSL? If it's a DSi are you still on 1.3?

It's not weird, it's what the firmware is supposed to do; the firmware makes your flashcard look like a normal, legal game, so your DSi with firmware 1.4 can run it. There is nothing you can do about it (and I don't really understand why you want to do something about it, the card works, right?). (Downgrading to a earlier version of the firmware may cause the flashcard to brick, so I won't try that if I were you...)
