A big update for the EZ5 has been released by the EZ Team. Not only was the loader, shell and save list updated, but the EZ5 source code and FATlib has been released. This will hopefully ensure that homebrew will be able to support the EZ5. Here's what's new:

I've been having a fantastically hard time for the last 5 days in accessing the EZ-Flash site.

I just purchased an Ez-Flash 5, but have been unable to use it since I can't get the updated software.

I just purchased an Ez-Flash 5, but have been unable to use it since I can't get the updated software.

The Chinese net is mostly down or really slow right now as a lot of the cables were damaged in a hurricane. Apparently it won't be fixed until the 10th. So until then, any sites based in China are basically impossible to get to.

Its nice to see a flashcart company release their modified moonshell code *hint hint* M3 *hint hint*, its also nice to know the EZteam actually cares about their customers and provides the developers with FAT code *hint hint* G6 *hint hint*

Uh, G6 did it at the same time as the M3. In case you haven't been paying attention lately, there's been programs built with the G6 fatlib, and chishm's new DLDI for libfat and gba_nds_fat also has the G6 fatlib. http://chishm.drunkencoders.com/DLDI/

Firon, G6 didn't release their source code at all, viruseb recoded by disassembling their compiled source, G6/M3 have never released any code, iirc chishm coded the M3 cf/sd driver himself without their help at all
