If i want to play GBA games on my R4

this is what i should get right? Is it the most up to date and does it fit snugly in my DS Lite?

Also do the ROM's need to go on the microSD thats in my R4?

That looks good, yes. And yes, the GBA games go on your R4's microSD, and you copy one game to the NOR flash at a time (or copy one game into RAM at a time for games
