Hardware EZ Flash query

Are there any EZ Flashes that aren't built-in memory? Because I'm trying to make the oh so difficult decision that gets posted oh so often: What to pair with my CycloDS? So far the answer is the EZ Flash line, but I want I to use a microSD and the solution to that seems to be the M3 lite perfect or whatever. So is that basically the case then, if I don't want built-in memory it's the M3 and that's it?

EZ Flash Lite Deluxe uses micro SD cards as memory, and has the RAM to serve as the RAM expansion to run Opera in conjunction with a Slot 1 card.
