I have a faulty EZ-FLASH OMEGA and don't know what to do.... may someone help me?

it starts normally and recognizes the ROMS, but when I try to boot I have no success

clean boot = white screen
write to nor clean = black screen

safe mode > test card says: "read S98 ID ERROR!!!!"

I did the reflow of this BGA chip (S98), as mentioned, but it still not working

According to your description, the problem is indeed the soldering of the S98 chip. How did you reflow it? Just blow it with a heat gun? Or rebuild the ball on the BGA?

In principle, if you bought it from your local dealer and it's within the one-year warranty period, it can be replaced.

We can't deliver individual chips to customers. Exorbitant postage and customs risks make this impossible.
