Hacking EZ Flash Omega Game Crash

I recently got an EZ Flash Omega and had no problems so far.
But now I played Iridion 2 and it always crashes at the first boss in Azuki Canyon. I tested it on an Original GBA, AGS-101 and fat Nintendo DS. I tried US and EU ROM, both with same results. Also, i tried Clean boot and Nor clean boot, makes no difference.
Of course, newest Kernel und Firmware installed.
Any ideas what could cause the crash?

That's why I tested both regions.
But I'll check the MD5 of both roms and report the results later.

So, I checked both ROMs on my SD Card and they are fine according to MD5 und CRC. The SD Card itself is fine too. Changed the SD Card to a 4GB one, with a fresh downloaded ROM. Still crashes at the same place.
I played both ROMs on an emulator, just to be sure and no crashes there.
