Hi, as the title says - does EZ Flash Junior have the double speed hack? Can't seem to find anything on it.

Most flash carts won't have anything like this.
Speed hacks mean either your emulator is sped up (flash carts are not emulators) or your console is overclocked (potentially risky for multiple things).
There are some ROM hacks to improve performance if devs coded things badly, convert things to GBC mode (which often comes with slowdown improvements. https://www.romhacking.net/forum/index.php?topic=33121 if you wanted a start there) and on exceptionally rare occasions speed things up at code level (it is an annoying hack to make* so very rare) or game level (if there is a run mode or speed potion then auto run sort of thing, possibly also something closer to code level but within game parameters*).
*I have covered speed up hacks in the past in more detail but generally three approaches.
1) You mess with vblanks (sections in code that happen 60 times a second and are supposed to be for graphics but are often used for a lot of logic) such that things happen outside it. Graphical corruption tends to be a minimum here and potentially risky for hardware if the various hardware docs are to be believed.
2) If there is some kind of speed mode in the game then setting that to hidden or glitch parameters (see a lot of speedrun type stuff, the pokemon speedrun technique where you get instant text is one example, another being if the game has text speed options then you might be able to exceed those with a cheat)
3) The real deal. If the character has a set animation distance and pace you go in and change it, the naive approach of double distance covered does however risk you making a walk through walls cheat so doing it properly can be involved.
You might get a slowdown hack in hardware with flash carts but those are easy enough to do -- you either stop execution and start it back up to essentially do less work during a given time or flood the CPU with extra instructions such that the game slows down.
