I recently purchased an EZ Flash Jr. and the CR1220 battery it came with was dead on arrival. This seems pretty common and I was somewhat expecting it, but I've also seen enough people talking about newer productions of the cartridge having a poor RTC battery life? Most people with older productions from 2019 or 2020 seem to have the coin battery lasting about a year to a year and a half. While people with 2022 production dates seem to have their coin battery last about a month at most. Apparently someone else here mentioned that its due to newer productions using a newer S71 chip, and I hope there's been some sort of solution to this issue that doesn't involve replacing the s71 chip entirely.
