Hacking EZ-Flash jr. chrashes in menu

Sorry if this has already been discussed, i can’t find it here.
My Ez-Flash jr. tends to crash in the menu. The Screen scrambles and all i can do is restart the system over the restart button or the GB Power button.
On the other side sometimes i can start a game without any problems.
I‘ve tried with DMG, GB Pocket, Color and advance/SP, all unmodified.
Any idea why this is happening?

I‘m using a freshly formatted 32gb SanDisk card. But i will try another one.

So i tried different SD cards and also bought a brand new SanDisk red 32 GB card. Nothing changes the behavior of the Flashcart.
What i discovered is, that the chance for it to work seems to be best with the GBA SP and the GB Color.

So in my Gameboy Color i was able to play Link`s Awakening for about half an hour without any problems. But when i then try to restart the Gameboy, i get massive problems in the menu. No way i can start the game again.

The crazy thing is, when i let the Gameboy alone for some time, everything seems to work again. Because of this, my theoryis, that it has to do with the power source of the Gameboy. But why does it work best with the GBC with 2 AA, but not with my DMG that runs on 4 AA for ages without changing the batteries ?
