From an online vendor in the UK? That ain't going to happen any time soon. Nintendo got the law to crack down and shut down UK sellers of flashcarts there a few years ago. Your going to be either buying from site in HK or in a region in the EU that still allows selling flashcarts or from another person only.

If you want to buy it from someone here, your going to need to make a WTB post in the trading section.
