Hacking ez flash 4 'restart no loader found'

So I put the EZ4_20060710.7z file onto my minisd and renamed it ezfla_up.bin and then threw it in the GBA slot and loaded up my ds while holding down the R button. then it loads up and says Find_ezfla_up.bin updating Eraseing_OK and then goes all the way to 100% and says 'writing complete'

then it says Restart No_Loader_Found

wtf does this mean?

Unzip the file first, 7z is a type of archive.
